يسود-يفحم Explanation: تدهن قطعة اللحم بنقاط من الدههون واللملح والفلفل ثم توضع علي مقلاه ساخنة جدا وعلي تار عالية جدا وبعد ان بتم حرق الناحينتن من الخارج وتكون السوائل الداخليه تم الاحتفاظ بها داخل اللحم قد تقدم هكذا او تطبخ بطريقة أخري -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day6 hrs (2010-06-03 20:58:55 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Actually يسود او يفحم is commonly used literally for some dishes " char-broiled.. and blackened fish/meat/chicken..: when it is served totally black..
