English term

point four

Non-PRO English to Arabic Science General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
And I use ink pen, which is about point four of a millimetre. So teeny, teeny tiny, almost down to 1.1 of a millimetre.

It is about pointillism. Does it mean 0.4 millimetre? Then, why they said down to 1.1?

Sorry if it was too easy.

Thanks in advance,

Thanks a lot.

Yes it means 0.4 mm, and the last statement seems to contradict the first, unless the transcription is incorrect. If you have access to the audio, you can check whether that is the case. One possible version is "almost down to one tenth of a millimeter" and then 1/10 became 1.1 in the transcription.
