Subject Floor Area Development Rights

English to Bulgarian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Contract for transfer of air rights across property between Owner and Developer (American term)

means the aggregate of (1) the right to transfer the Air Rights Premises Floor Area Development Rights to a Development Site through the Owner Premises, (2) the right to transfer any Additional Floor Area Development Rights and/or Developer Floor Area Development Rights to or from a Development Site through the Owner Premises, and (3) the right to any and all Bonus Floor Area Development Rights appurtenant to the Owner Premises (including but not limited to the right to utilize the lot area of the Owner Land in calculating the amount of Bonus Floor Area Development Rights available to be incorporated into a New Предприемачът Building, or any replacements thereof).
