MMBB 個人認為在目前這個防範新冠肺炎傳染的語境中，「保持社交距離」是較貼切的翻譯。「疏離」一詞多用於形容人際關係中心靈的親疏程度，英文是 to become alienated or estranged （請參考https://baike.baidu.com/item/疏离/878006）而此處的 distancing, 很明確地是指人與人之間身體的距離，並沒有牽涉人際關係的含意，所以建議仍翻譯為「保持社交距離」。個人淺見，若有冒犯，請多包涵。

這的確是台灣在此次 Covid-19 疫情防治過程中才產生的一個新詞，不清楚是否在英語國家先產生，然後台灣才跟進中文翻譯。

意指：在進行任何與他人會有關係的 interacting 時（不管是親人朋友間的相處、工作時與同事、外出時與路上或同一空間內的陌生生......），都宜保持一公尺以上的距離，以免病毒因接觸或飛沫而擴散。
