这里指的是10平方英尺，只是更形象一点的表达方式，即：”10英尺成10英尺的平方面积“

内地用平方表示单位建筑面积，默认是指平方米，不过这里的平方是指100平方英尺，直接译成平方可能会引起误解，最好在首次出现的时候解释一下，就像处理一个术语一样。
房地产行业好像也没有专门为这个词规定一个统一的译法。
