: Uit de eerste link van Liz blijkt niet dat releasates specifiek met bloedplaatjes te maken heeft, maar wel met allerlei (signaal)stoffen die door cellen worden afgegeven.

In de vraagstelling gaat het om "releasates from blood components". Dat neemt niet weg dat releasates ook in andere contexten wordt gebruikt.
