This is normally called a parental order, parentage order or words to that effect in the jurisdictions I'm familiar with. The order should say what motion it is responding to. What's that bit say?

You say the surrogate waived her right to service... service of what? Normally that just means you acknowledge having received legal documents without requiring the sender to have them formally served, and that wouldn't have anything to do with establishing parentage.

In short, this is still not clear. What was the motion, and what does the order say is being ordered? (No need for names or provinces of course).

À priori, sans en savoir plus, je dirais "Décision/Jugement portant sur la filiation" ou "ordonnance de filiation" (on parle ici de faire reconnaître les 2 parents contractants comme les parents légitimes de l’enfant né d’une mère porteuse aux termes d’un contrat de maternité de substitution/contrat de mère porteuse

The French father used a surrogate mother
abroad for use in the assisted reproduction. The surrogate mother has waived her right to service and the French father is therefore the only parent of the child. The name of the surrogate mother will not appear in the birth certificate. That is what this Surrogacy Order is all about.

This is actually an area of law that I have practiced. To be confident in the translation, I would need to know what the order is about. Is it enforcing a surrogacy contract, naming the intended parents as the legal parents, or what?
