English term or phrase: Champion Advocates programme
As previously, the context is a health campaign in partnership with WHO and one of the campaign programme is named the Champion Advocates programme ie. The aim of the Champion Advocates Programme is to reduce premature deaths caused by cardiovascular disease.

This programme is aimed at cardiologists and healthcare professionals, journalists and emerging leaders who are invited to join and support this campaign hence, I believe the Champion Advocates bit. The French translator did not translate this and left it in English. The client wants it in French. I am not satisfied with what I have come up with and would welcome any help on the matter.
As I understand it, the cardiologists, journalists and leaders are asked to join and support this programme.
I have thought of le Programme des parrains émérites but do not like it very much.
