"Supplier will cause Purchaser and its Affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns, licensees, distributors, contractors and agents of Purchaser and its Affiliates, to be named as additional insureds (“Purchaser Additional Insureds”) on the Commercial General Liability and Business Automobile Liability policies above, with the standard separation of insureds provision or an endorsement for cross-liability coverage."
