Sinusknotenast (der rechten Herzkranzarterie) und R. nodi sinuatrialis sind korrekt, sie leitet sich von dem proximalen Anteil der rechten Herzkranzarterie ab (r. coronarius dexter).

Leider ist dieser Satz der einzige Kontext in Bezug auf SinoArtrial, den ich habe. Der Text ist aus einer polnischen Klinik (keine englischen Muttersprachler). Der nächste Satz des Textes lautet: The AcuteMarginal, which arises from the mid segment, is a medium caliber vessel. There is mild turtuosity beginning in the mid segment.

Da in dem Begriff m.E. der Wurm drin ist, bräuchte es, um die Lösung erraten zu können, möglichst viel Kontext. Segment von was? So wie er da steht, gibt es die Bezeichnung nicht. Der sinuatriale Knoten ist ein Nervengeflecht und kein Gefäß...
