Per la mia tesi di laurea triennale sto traducendo alcuni capitoli di un romanzo che narra la storia di una bambina prelevata dalla propria abitazione, perché vittima di abusi, in seguito adottata da una coppia americana. Il tutto si svolge in Florida. Sono arrivata al punto in cui è necessario redigere un "case plan". Ho trovato questa definizione: "A case plan must be developed to address the protection and care needs of any child who has been assessed as being in need of protection. The case plan will provide a clear statement about why the child is in need of protection and the roles and responsibilities of all participants in addressing the child's protection and care needs. Potrebbe essere tradotto come "programma per la tutela del minore"?
