Power draw

English to Japanese Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng
What is power draw in Japanese?
I did a google search but I can't find any relevant terms.

Is the power draw of XX brand notebook network card greater than traditional cards?
Proposed translations (Japanese)
4 +2 負荷 or 消費電力

Selected

負荷 or 消費電力

This is pronounced ふか , not おもに .
It means "load"
The other means "consumed power" and is a frequently used term as well.

Sentence would become something like: 従来のものに比べて、XX社のノートパソコン用のLANボードの消費電力は高いですか。

Japanese tend to call computer interface cards "boards"; a network card can be called a "LAN board" or "network card" (ネットワークカード).
