These terms appear in the list of entities in a document related to U. S. federal taxation. Ｉ know the meaning of each word, i.e., Trust is 「信託」, Nominee is 「名義人」, EIN is 「雇用者番号」 and SSN is 「社会保障番号」, but I have no idea what these terms mean.

Trust に雇用者番号や社会保障番号があるのは変なので、trust はtrustee の略ではないでしょうか。すると、discussion で書いたbeneficiary と ペアになり、受託者・受益者のそれぞれの雇用者番号と社会保障番号のことを言っているのではないかと推測します。

追加：上のリンクは保険の受取人を指名する保険会社の用紙ですが、nominee がbeneficiary と同じになる例として挙げてあります。
