The document I'm working on uses "eventual" many times.. that I don't understand (e.g. eventual heating, eventual aid). Especially, I'm so confused about this, "If for the Buyer’s reasons or for eventual structural, technical modifications of systems and/or settings and fittings, required by the Buyer, the first test can be carried out only at the Buyer’s, or in another place stated by him, the Buyer himself, or a person appointed by him, has to witness the test."

ドイツ人の英語ではなく、ネイティブ・スピーカーの英語だったら、「最終的」という意味をしていると思います。あるいは「本格的」とか。
Keiichi Takataさんのコメントを読めば、eventualの使い方が確かにドイツ語っぽく見えますが、そのeventual以外の英語がちゃんとした英語だったら、たとえ英語を母語としていないドイツ人が作った文章だとても、同じ文章（しかも、契約）に同じ単語を数回間違って使うはずはないと思います。
