多形核球増多症 Explanation: ステッドマン、ドーランド、25万語医学辞典、google検索ではひっかかりません。血算、生化学検査の項目でpolymorphoで始まるものとしては、多形核白血球くらいしかないと思います。pyreneには核という意味があり、polymorpho-pyren-osisで多形核白血球増多症という意味になるのではないかとこじつけてみましたが、いかがでしょうか。 ちなみにpyrenemiaは有核赤血球血症と訳されているようですが、多形核をもつ赤血球というのは当てはまらないと思います。 また、一般的に寄生虫症では好酸球増多症が特徴的なようですが、包虫症では多形核白血球が増加するのかどうかは調べていません。 |
