英語にあまりレファレンスがないのですが、これは仏語では用語として確立した fourre-tout （直訳 : 何でも投げ入れる）と同じだと思います。辞書では「雑嚢」なんて言葉もありますが、今どきのバッグの呼称では、一般に「トートバッグ」があてられています。
