to co to jest w takim razie - Outgoing Quality Inspection - z silnie tu obecnym słówkiem "inspection", które zdecydowanie znaczy - "kontrola" ?

Rzecz w tym, że kontekstu za bardzo nie ma. Pojawia się to w Wykazie Prac w takim punkcie:

Product Performance Goals
• The SUPPLIER shall achieve or exceed XXXs Quality performance goals and demonstrate this capability through process measurements.
• Scrap Reduction. Detail process methodology and improvements to date.
• Factory Inbound Delivery Performance
• Outgoing Quality Audit
• VLRR ( Vendor Line Reject Rate )
• Value-Added Outgoing Quality Audit
• Carrier Discrepancy
• Quarantine Age Limit
• Internal (In-House) Damage Contribution
• Rework
• Incoming Inspection
• The KPI’s and goals and any changes to Goals will be defined and jointly agreed by the SUPPLIER and the XXX Supplier Quality Engineer.
• There will expected improvement year on year in each of the KPI’s but the percentage will be agreed by XXX and The Supplier..
• Failure to meet these quality goals over a sustained period could resort in project cancellation.
