English to Serbian Bus/Financial Finance (general) corporate guarantee

You may assign, transfer and set over either by way of collateral or by way of sale your present and future rights, titles, interest and benefits to, in, under and in connection with the Guarantee, in particular claims of payment to third parties and such assignment, transfer and setting over will be valid, legally binding and enforceable against the Guarantor without any filing, registration, notification, authorisation, approval, consent licences, exemptions and other requirements of governmental, judicial and public bodies and authorities of or in Turkey In case of assignment, transfer or setting over, the obligations of the Guarantor will remain the same with respect to the assignee.
