English to Serbian Art/Literary Law (general) Court proceedings

Poštovane kolege,
Molim za pomoć oko prevođenja termina "Star Chamber", evo rečenice: This Tribunal went back to the days of Star Chamber and resorted to the justice of the thirteenth century.
Na netu sam našla sledeće: In modern usage, legal or administrative bodies with strict, arbitrary rulings, no “due process” rights to those accused, and secretive proceedings are sometimes called, metaphorically or poetically, "star chambers". This is a pejorative term and casts doubt on the legitimacy of the proceedings.
Ipak, potreban mi je termin na srpskom.
