Ovo je bilo tesko naci - ali s obzirom na sliku i na opis uporno se pominje 'area', 'place of attachment' tako da je ocigledno u pitanju mjesto spajanja. Posto je u pitanju odredjeni PRIPOJ ja mislim da bi ovo trebalo biti to.

A muscle origin is the place where a muscle begins,((( and a muscle insertion is where the muscle ends.))) The muscle origin is a fixed attachment close to the midline where the muscle insertion is a moveable end away from the midline. Muscles are names with the origin first and the insertion last:
sternocleidomastoid ends or inserts into the mastoid.
