As promptly as possible upon receipt of an Election Notice, Licensee shall issue Owner a number of newly-issued Ownership Shares (as defined below) such that the Ownership Percentage (as defined below) immediately after such issuance is equal to the sum of (i) the Ownership Percentage immediately prior to such issuance plus (ii) the Election Percentage.

Estoy confusa: aquí, "Licensee shall issue Owner a number of newly-issued Ownership Shares" yo lo traduzco como: "el Concesionario remitirá al Propietario un número de Acciones de la propiedad recién emitidas", es decir, "to isssue" en primer lugar como "enviar, remitir", y en segundo lugar como "emitir (acciones)" pero no lo veo claro del todo.
