Se trata de los resultados de un ensayo clínico con fibratos. Les doy un poco de contexto para que se entienda mejor. Por lo que pude ver, "primary endpoint" es "criterio principal de valoración", pero ¿está bien hablar de la "probabilidad acumulada de un (o del) criterio principal de valoración"? The Bezafibrate Infarction Prevention (BIP) trial was a large, prospective randomised controlled trial of bezafibrate versus placebo for the secondary prevention of coronary events in at-risk patients. In the BIP trial, the efficacy of bezafibrate in reducing the crude primary endpoint rate was dependent on baseline triglyceride levels. In patients with baseline triglycerides  200 mg/dl (225 patients in the placebo group and 234 in the bezafibrate group), bezafibrate reduced the by 39.5% (p = 0.02), while in patients with triglycerides < 200 mg/dl (1,317 patients in the placebo group and 1,314 patients in the bezafibrate group), there was no significant reduction in the cumulative probability of an endpoint.
