: Lo más frecuente es usar directamente "el LEAN (Management o manufacturing" (ay..el exotismo anglicista preponderante en el mundo empresaria, nos guste o no, ES ASÍ). Recomiendo recurrir a una verificación estadística en Google "traducción vs anglicismo"

Al perecer "esbelta" se usa mucho más. Por el CONTEXTO huele a manufactura "esbelta".
