a)There are two models of cable mesh: one has an inner diameter of 36 mm and the other has an inner diameter of 75 mm. The 36 mm mesh is for 185 cables; the 75 mm mesh is for control cables, each unit has 12×36 mm meshes and one 75 mm mesh; b) Lay cables according to the wiring process. When laying the 186 cables down from the nacelle, insert the last 8 m of cable into the cable mesh. Secure a U-shaped shackle to the hanging hole in the upper nacelle (as the platform only has 12 lifting holes, the U-shaped cable control shackles can be fed through other U-shaped cable shackles).
c) Adjust the cable so that it is slack at the nacelle switch cabinet. When adjusting the mesh, first lift up the cable then pull the mesh down flat so so that it wraps tightly around the cable. Release
the cable so that it sags naturally. Ensure that the cable arc is above the shell nosing so that the nosing does not damage the cable.
