Without further information I can only presume that with the use of the plural form "Arrivals" and emphasis on it in the syntax, this would be for an airline company? If so, yes, I believe it is correct as phrased, or to use your form, "Customer Arrivals" (plural). If otherwise, please let us know more about the context. Thank you!
