I'd be thankful if you could inform me whether Organisation is meant for Laboratory only or for Conduct of Study also?

The laboratory is being organizsed and the study conducted.
Organization only refers to the Laboratory.

"Conduct of study" means the way in which the study in question shall be organized. The 2 words are interchangeable. The sentence has been written that way because saying "organize" for both would "sound bad" and look unprofessional, but the 2 words do mean pretty much the same and a Chinese > English online dictionary is likely to use the same words to explain them. That's machines for you!
