Finnish term

epäedullisimmin sijoitettu 1,5 kN suuruinen pystyvoima

Finnish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Työmaaopas
Työpukin on pysyttävä pystyssä mainitulla varmuudella, kun työpukin työtasoon vaikuttaa 0,3 kN vaakavoima sekä epäedullisimmin sijoitettu 1,5 kN suuruinen pystyvoima, jonka vaikutuspiste on 100 mm päässä työtason reunalta.

most unfavourably positioned 1.5 kN vertical force

That's how I would say it, the native English may stylize it better.

That "most unfavourably positioned" is already described there: "jonka vaikutuspiste on 100 mm päässä työtason reunalta" ([force] acting at the point positioned 100 mm from the edge of the working table). In English it may be more sure to say "acting on the working table at the point positioned at the distance of 100 mm from its edge"
Note from asker:
Yes, that is the literal translation, but what does it mean?
