I would be much obliged if you could help me out of this maze of structures in the last part of this sentence. I really can't make out the object.

Hyvaksyn yliopistolain 17 §:n 2 momentin 1 kohdan ja 17 §:n 4 momentin nojalla liitteen mukaiset toimivaltuudet X:n yliopiston toimintaan liittyvien sopimusten / sitoumusten toimivaltuuksien osalta.

"I hereby approve, on the basis of The University Act, section 17, subsection 2, point 1 and section 17, subsection 2, the represented in the appendix powers, as far as they concern contracts / commitments related to the activities of University of X."
