disagree Olivia Julian Thorsteinson : Thanks for input! I initiated the query and I found the meaning. "SPO père" is simply "signature per ordre père", i.e., "p.o." (from) father" (both Latin terms). Father authorized signor on his behalf. Signor's name on document is different from father's.
