La saisie-vente est la voie d'exécution sur les biens meubles corporels de droit commun. Ainsi, tout créancier muni d'un titre exécutoire peut contraindre son débiteur défaillant à exécuter ses obligations par la vente de ses meubles, qui seront jusqu'à ce moment indisponibles.
