from CT angiography - specifically of the arteries of the circle of Willis
Artères proximales du polygone de Willis:
on retrouve l'aspect de stop vasculaire P2 gauche, connu sur l'IRM de 2013.
Artères intracrânniennes perméables par ailleurs.

The patient is know to have had a stroke (in 2013) and still has a problem with balance
does this mean an occlusion? of the P2 segment of the circle of Willis?

Occlusion in the left P2 segment. That is how I read it. What else could it mean?

No as to the MRI scan - I only have the reference to it in the recent report.

I do think they are talking of the fact there is still a problem with the left PCA.

stoppage of blood flow for stop vasculaire - never come across this, nor can I find it!
