Looks good and not too far from my own ideas.
My sister who is usually up to date on vocabulary and spelling thought I had invented the word. I had also seen it on google but decided I needed input from colleagues before adding it to document. We live and learn (hopefully).

yes, but I think you need to mention the plan and intent as those are additional factors, unless that is encapsulated by "active"...
