Looks like one lawyer is doing show and tell with the other, threatening to sue in order to get an out-of-court settlement.
Something like "The enclosed draft of the particulars of the charges is under the proviso of changes and enhancements, in the same manner as the suit proper would be filed under the the proviso of ..."
Sorry, the Dietl is in the office, so not sure on Klageschrift and no idea of Nachklage. I'm usually dealing with changes to our licence contracts and only the odd lawsuit if someone sues us and our UK management wants to know why... However, quite sure on the question/answer :-)
