@dragolt If you'd surf on the Internet in French, then you'd know that "connexion" is widely used for "login". One word can have more than one meaning, you know...

Connexion is not Anmeldung but Verbindung .. or in this case Verbindungsaufbau.

Anmeldung can be either a simple 'login' but it can also be a failure that you get if sending your information in order to register to a site isn't accepted

Oui Gilles, 'Erreur de connexion' ou 'Erreur lors de la connexion'. Il n'y a, pour moi, au vu de toutes les questions posées, aucun doute.
