Bu kavramda agirlik, "Beschäftigung" kelimesinde degil, kavramda bulunmayan (cüz'i/düsük-) "ücret"te yatiyor. Hükümetler, bu gibi "Unwort"larla uzun yillardir calisanlarin kafalarini karistirip "acitmadan" bir seyler kazikliyorlar... Örnek: Reform kelimesinin anlam icerigi degisti.
