This is on a report of cardiac surgery performed. Can anyone help?

agree Nikolaos Vlamakis : In most cases "ejection fraction" refers to "left ventricular ejection fraction" (LVEF), but I think it would be better to add "left ventricular" as far as the complete phrase is concerned.
