About Mossad Bialik
Hi,
there may well be a letter missing: your text says odot Mossad Biali. This is almost certainly Mossad Bialik = Bialik Institute, a publishing house for belles lettres.
Odot could mean several things:
1) Odes, as in the first answer. But somehow I am unconvinced (though it could be the answer). Publishing houses do not write odes.
2) About. Could this be a book 'About Mossad Bialik'? Can we have more details?

: Of course we both know it should be AL odot but that seems to be a losing battle, unfortunately :-(
