Italian term

forzata chisura

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Nuclear Eng/Sci power plant
The text is part of a description of a thermal-electrical power plant.
The hole paragraph says:

Consensi:

- Sblocco forzata chisura valvola di regolazione livello torre di refrigerazione e riempimento vasca in automatico ma in modo controllato per non sovraccaricare la pompa.

I don't know whether to split the term and refer to "forzata chisura" or if the word "forzata" qualifies sblocco. Thank you.

Sblocco is a masculine noun, so "forzata" cannot qualify it (it would read "sblocco forzato").

So I think the correct punctuation (if there were any) would be: Sblocco, forzata chisura ...

The only think I'm not 100% confident about (because I don't specialise in this sort of text) is whether my actual translation is the appropriate terminology in this context.

Sblocco, forzata chiusura ... of course. I copied and pasted from the question and forgot to check the spelling.
