Japanese term
疎甲
Japanese to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Context:
被告人は,「=====」(以下,「本件サイト」という。)を管理・運営する法人である(疎甲3)。
I did some Googling and found this site:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/honyaku/oCPE0H4fZZg
..which seems to suggest if it's 乙 rather than 甲 in there that you'd say "Demandee's Exhibit No. 3". Someone points out with 甲 you'd say Assignee, so that means it would be "Assignee's Exhibit No. 3"?
Any help appreciate. Thanks.

Selected
Defendant's Exhibit 3 (prima facie evidence)
疎甲 indicates prima facie evidence by the defendant, but it should be translated as Defendant's Exhibit 3 (prima facie evidence) or something like that, in case there is another type of Exhibit.

Sorry, I meant Claimant's Exhibit.

Discussion
In this case, please Post: "Claimant's Exhibit 3 (prima facie evidence)" or else, qualify the status of such post titles as a 'Summary Q&A Title only. Please read full discussion for the definitive translation advice given for the term/phrase queried'
I realise that this additional work is difficult to implement if ever the said correction come up well after that query has been closed to asker's satisfaction, as may have happened here. So, perhaps adding a footnote of caution on the status of the Q&A title might be in order. Please advise on your solution.
But Cheers and Thanks from all of us for volunteering your time to this task. :-)
