"Banned" realmente não se aplica; a ANVISA define a interdição (oficialmente, "interdição cautelar") como "medida preventiva e temporária, adotada em caso de violação da legislação sanitária ou de risco iminente à saúde, como nos casos de suspeita de desvios de qualidade que podem trazer danos à população".

A ação regulatória mais próxima da FDA, por exemplo, seria a "injunction" (medida cautelar). Exemplo:
