Romanian term

Curtea INTERNAȚIONALĂ de Arbitrai Comercial Internațional

Romanian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Sentință Civilă
..... reclamanta citează în mod eronat clauza arbitrală, respectiv denumirea instituției de arbitraj ............. care indică ca și instituție arbitrală Curtea INTERNAȚIONALĂ de Arbitrai Comercial Internațional și nu Curtea de Arbitrai Comercial Internațional !

Curtea INTERNAȚIONALĂ de Arbitrai Comercial Internațional vs. Curtea de Arbitrai Comercial Internațional !

Mulțumesc !

ICC - International Commercial Court (of International Commercial Arbitration)

Notes: this court can be decribed various ways in English (and French), but:

1. strictly, court is a misnomer as it is a tribunal

2. its arbitration and pedigree are both international, so the full title would include the word twice.

3. contrary to what some (Daily Mail-reading) Brexiteers and Europeans inter alia think, the UK on Brexit will be leaving neither the ECtHR - the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (that is part of the Council of Europe and not the EU's European Council), nor - in the Hague - the *International Criminal Court*, nor even the ex-Tribunal for War Crimes in the former Yugolsavia.
Example sentence:

The International Court of Arbitration® is the world’s leading arbitral institution. Since 1923, we have been helping to resolve difficulties in international commercial and business disputes to support trade and investment.
