Russian to English Tech/Engineering Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Certification of goods

This is on a standard Certificate of Compliance from the Customs Union, and refers to the company that carried out the certification of the goods (children's prams, car seats, etc.)
The relevant section is:
(Pre-printed on the certificate) Орган по сертификации (Typed into the certificate) Продукции "ЛСМ" Общества с ограниченной ответственностю (Name of the company, followed by address). At the end of the contact details there is: 'Аттестат аккредитации №..... выдан (date) Федеральной службой по аккредитации'.
ЛСМ seems to be part of the company's name, and is also rendered LCM on a website.
Продукции does not refer to the goods being produced, but presumably to the procedure carried out by the certificating organisation.
There are further paragraphs beginning 'заявитель', 'изготовитель' and 'продукция' (which on this occasion very clearly refers to the manufactured goods).
Can anyone help? Thank you in advance for any ideas.
