Significance is the exact term accepted in statistics. So a difference is either significant or nonsignificant (not INsignificant!). Statistical significance is always implied, even if the word "statistical" is omitted. It is difficult indeed to explain why a descriptive word is preferred to the exact term in some cases, but "statistical" is essential to use with "reliability" when the difference is deemed reliable on evidence of a statistical testing.

Question: Would someone please explain to me how it is that you perceive the emphasis in this term to be on "significance" rather than "reliability" when статистически значимая разница is clearly equivalent to the English "statistically significant difference" and никакой статистически достоверной разницы—to"no statistically reliable difference" (?)
