Spanish term

DEPM/Dámaris

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
At the end of a document issued in Venezuela regarding a birth and together with some stamps and signatures, there is the text "DEPM/Dámaris.-" overlapped by a signature. Does anyone know the meaning?

The end of the page would translate as follows:

[Circular Seal: BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA – MIRANDA STATE
CIVIL REGISTER – MUNICIPAL JUSTICE
MUNICIPALITY OF CHACAO]
[Illegible Signature]
CIVIL REGISTRAR

[Illegible Signature] [Stamp: BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA
DEPM/Dámaris?????????????? DAY
MONTH
YEAR
UCV OLYMPIC STADIUM 0.1 TAX UNIT
METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF CARACAS]

Good idea Thank you, AllegroTrans.
AllegroTrans Feb 15, 2012:
'Dámaris' could be his secretary or clerk
MariaDRR (asker) Feb 15, 2012:
Got it! Thank you for your ideas, AllegroTrans and John Rynne!
I didn't include the name of the Registrar in my question, but I have just checked it and 'DEPM' are his initials. However, 'Dámaris' is not the Registrar's name. At least, now I know what 'DEPM' stands for.
Thanks for your help!
AllegroTrans Feb 15, 2012:
Possibly the initials and name of the registrar?
John Rynne Feb 15, 2012:
Name AFAIK, Damaris is a woman's name
