thank you !!
philgoddard Dec 10, 2020:
I changed this from medical, which is presumably your wider context, to law, which is what this is.
matt robinson Dec 10, 2020:
I would be inclined to go for "order", but there are plenty of other possibilities, including "disposition" and "ruling".

Resolution / Order

Having seen your subsequent postings, it appears to be an administrative resolution or order. Myself, I'd go with "resolution" as it's a broader term.

The translation in that link calls it variously an "order," a "resolution" and a "decision," but it's preferable to choose one and stick with it.

I understand, thank you so much!

provision

You need a catch-all word that covers anything from an act of parliament to a local regulation. I think this fits the bill.

neutral AllegroTrans : Not 100% convinced this is the correct approach; a little research into the Argentinian legal system should indicate what level and type of legislation this and enable a better rendering; we wouldn't officially call a UK Statutory Instrument a "provision"

I don't think it matters what you call it. The two answers after mine are fine as well.

Directive

Now that I've seen the entire document in one of your subsequent questions, I see that it's actually the title of the whole thing. I would call it a 'Directive'. One of the translations of "disposición" on Linguee is 'edict'. Here, in the pharmacy context, 'Directive' would make more sense.

'Ruling' would also work.
