Il semblerait que l'orthographe grecque "Xistide" ne soit pas reprise en français.
Le "Chiton" semble correspondre à la définition, mais pas l'éthymologie du mot. J'ai également pu voir que le mot Xystis éxistait, mais j'ai des doutes...

Chiton (vêtement)
Le chiton (en grec : khiton) est un vêtement de la Grèce antique. C'est une tunique portée par les hommes comme par les femmes. D'abord confectionné en laine dans les périodes les plus anciennes, il est ensuite fabriqué en lin et gagne alors en ampleur pour se porter avec une ceinture à la taille.
