Generell ist es in dieser Branche einfach so, dass die englischen Begriffe auch in anderen Sprachen verwendet werden. Je nach Publikum Deiner Übersetzung wäre also zu empfehlen "tubing hanger" wenigstens in Klammern hinzuzufügen.
