Swedish term

har vilande

Swedish to English Bus/Financial Insurance company pension plans
Hi - I'm looking for an appropriate insurance industry term for this - dormant compensation/held on abeyance"? I've found such examples for this concept. It appears as follows. Thanks for your help

Fullt arbetsför innebär att den anställde tjänstemannen inte varit sjukskriven, helt eller delvis, i mer än 30 dagar i följd under den senaste 12 månadsperioden och kan fullgöra sitt vanliga arbete utan inskränkningar och inte får ersättning som har samband med egen sjukdom, skada eller funktionshinder eller har vilande sådan ersättning och inte av hälsoskäl har, gentemot arbetsgivaren, någon form av subventionerad anställning.

Your question applies to 'vilande sjukersättning' - the 'har' in your term doesn't really apply. I haven't done one of these for a while -- this used to be called 'sickness benefits' (and still is in the UK ( https://www.gov.uk/financial-help-disabled/disability-and-si... )

But you'll find this statement at
"Once you have been receiving sickness compensation for at least one year, you can try working and have your compensation set to dormant status." ( https://www.forsakringskassan.se/privatpers/studerande/stude... )
Example sentence:

... or have such benefits (compensation) set at dormant status ...
