bribery and corruption offences
both "mut" and "bestickning" mean bribery / corruption but I think this is how it would be constructed. Offences may seem superfluous but I would suggest is needed for emphasis of the law being broken.

offering or accepting bribes
Bestickningsbrott = offering bribe
Mutbrott = accepting bribe
The order in the Swedish expression is illogical; offer comes before acceptance. I have therefore changed the order.
The use of "och" is horrible "nysvenska". I have therefor changed it to the grammatically correct "eller" (or). One could possibly use "and/or".
I agree with my esteemed colleague that translation of "brott" would be superfluous.
