Difficult to say without context. Maybe you will find something here (or at another supplier´s website):

locked orthosis

By removing the steel cable,
the Free Walk is turned into
a locked orthosis. When the
patient has enough muscle
strength, this can be easily
turned into a Free Walk
again.of the ankle joint. Then the
Patient can bend his leg and
swing through freely.

"markeringsgång" definition

For the sake of digging up available context, it's good to know the meaning of what proceeds the main word of focus. Toward that end, "markeringsgång" seems to be a Swedish word for which there is no precise English equivalent. Apparently it refers to carrying only 1/6 of one's body weight when walking. See sample sentence below.

As for a definition for "orthosis," I turned up the following: "Orthoses(plural) or an 'orthosis' (singular) are orthopedic devices which support or correct the function of a limb or the torso." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthosis)
Example sentence:

Markeringsgång innebär belastning med 1/6 av kroppsvikten.
